Police said the teen was brought back to headquarters and arrested for criminal trespassing, 3rd degree. 7:14 p.m. Police on special detail charged a 17-year-old Yonkers resident with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a forged instrument, police said. According to police, the teen and a passenger were sitting in an Acura in the White Plains Road and Hillside Avenue area. The teen, who was in the driver's seat, is accused of having a plastic bag of alleged marijuana as well as two forged NYS driver's licenses, according to police. The teen was released on $500 bail and is due in court on Dec. 10.
