Roughly a month after American R&B singer Toni Braxton filed for bankruptcy, she hit a LA fundraiser telling how her new pilates workout regime is helping her cope with the stress of owing up to $50 million in unpaid debts, Us Weekly reported Wednesday. "I've just started Pilates with a machine and the classes have been helping me feel a little more centered," she said while attending the Bag Ladies Luncheon benefiting Lupus LA earlier this week -- admitting she took a peek at an Hermes Birkin bag that was being auctioned off to raise money for the charity. "I have two already, but I kind of want to see!" she said about the luxury accessory. Braxton, who has sold more than 40 million albums in her career, filed for bankruptcy in California on October 6. In court documents, the singer claimed she is only worth between $1 million and $10 million but could be facing up to $50 million in debts. The 43-year-old listed several creditors she thinks she may owe money including AT&T, The Four Seasons Hotels, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Tiffany & Co, the City of LA Parking Violations Bureau and the Department of Motor Vehicles in both California and Nevada. The six-time Grammy Award winner previously filed for bankruptcy in 1998 and saw the IRS file a lien against her for $396,000 earlier this year. She is currently filming her new reality show "Braxton Family Values," which debuts in March 2011
