D & G handbags fall 2011 Milan Fashion Week

Dolce and Gabbana sent their bridge line, D & G down the fall 2011, Milan Fashion Week runway earlier today and reintroduced the mid-1980s to the fashion world. D & G was filled with Wham! style tee-shirts, word filled garments and bright colors mixed together. There were large tops over leggings, form-fitting dresses, oversized blazers, high top Converse inspired shoes, a Flock of Seagulls inspired haircut on a model and several daytime clutches. The daytime clutches on the Dolce and Gabbana, D & G collection runway were shown in small and large sizes as well as several vibrant colors. The small and large clutches were slightly rectangular with soft edges and zipper closure. The width was thin, not allowing for much storage beyond a slim wallet, keys, smart phone and lipstick. D & G created clutches in bold colors such as yellow, orange, plum, black and white for the runway show. The colorful clutches were paired with contrasting colors or black/white ensembles. In addition to bright colors, the clutches featured a wristlet strap that is detachable.
