Prada handbags fall 2011 Milan Fashion Week

Prada sent the fall 2011 collection down the runway during Milan Fashion Week today and it featured aviator inspired hats, early 1900’s silhouettes and a soft color palette with a touch of shine. The handbags featured on the Prada fall 2011 runway were held tightly against the body by the models and were featured in soft leather, python and exotic skins. Prada featured a daytime clutch on the Milan Fashion Week runway with a slip handle on the front of the bag. There was a silver square buckle design on the handle and zipper closure. The daytime clutch was shown in two sizes, both of which were roomy enough for daily purse essentials and the larger size allowed room for a small camera. This clutch was shown in white, red, pink, lilac, military green with tan handle and pale pink. There was also a double handle tote on the Prada runway. The tote was done in brown exotic skin and tan Python while being medium in size; allowing the tote to be discreetly carried to dinner after a day in the office. The tote also featured a zipper closure and slightly rectangular shape. Prada also created a daytime clutch without a slip handle that featured a zipper closure and tassel detail. The daytime clutch with the tassel was shown in both soft white leather and lilac leather. The bowler bag made an appearance on the Prada runway in soft, smooth leather done in shades of white, black with tan, beige with white and solid caramel. The bowler featured two top handles, zipper closure and gold metal feet. There was also a dressy, day into evening clutch on the Milan Fashion Week runway. Prada created this clutch with a 1930’s frame closure and showed it in solid mustard and caramel colored leather.
